Our Story
Founded in 2016, our Non-Profit Company was born from a deep commitment to addressing the pressing needs of underserved communities in South Africa. What started as a small initiative has grown into a comprehensive organization impacting thousands of lives across the nation.
Our name, “We Listen - Siyalalela,” reflects our core philosophy: we believe in listening to communities, understanding their unique challenges, and co-creating solutions that are sustainable and culturally appropriate. Every program we develop is built on extensive community consultation and participation.
Today, we operate across multiple regions of South Africa, running programs in education, healthcare, humanitarian aid, and economic development.
